Edgar Santiago has spent his career building credibility in the trades, one project at a time. He got his start at Renaissance Stone Works, where he developed an early foundation in construction and craftsmanship. Over the past thirteen years, he has built deep expertise in countertop and stone fabrication — work he remains actively involved in today. In 2021, he and Diana co-founded Ideal Granite & Stoneworks, which has since completed over 100 projects and earned a reputation built almost entirely on word of mouth. Homeowners and contractors alike seek Edgar out when they need trusted connections across the trades — a reflection of the credibility he's built over more than a decade in this industry. Jazmine Lumpan brings something most construction companies don't have: a scientist's approach to process. With a background in clinical laboratory science and R&D, she joined Edgar and Diana as co-founder of Austin ProBuild to build what the trades industry consistently lacks — clear systems, documented processes, and a client experience that feels organized from the first call to final walkthrough. At Austin ProBuild, Jazmine leads systems development, quality standards, and marketing — making sure the ProBuild Method doesn't just exist on paper, but actually shows up in every project.
