Walkthrough + Rough Estimate
If it’s a fit, we schedule an on-site walkthrough to confirm scope and constraints. Then we provide a rough estimate and clarify what’s needed to finalize a reliable plan.

Build Ready Planning
Before demolition or mobilization, we co-develop the Build Ready plan—scope clarity, selections/allowances, logistics, and schedule expectations—so the project starts with alignment.
Once planning is complete and scheduling is confirmed, we coordinate trusted trade partners, manage changes through written change orders, and send weekly updates—so you’re never guessing what’s next.
